Lost/Stolen Cards/Blocked Cards


It is important that you keep your contact information up to date with the bank.  If you haven't 
talked to us in a while, call to verify your information.  Outdated information can cause
unnecessary delays and card blocks.

During normal business hours:

  • Call Customer Service at 641-732-3763


After hours LOST/STOLEN card call Shazam at 1-800-383-8000

  • Press #1 to report a lost or stolen card
  • Follow the prompts as appropriate
  • A Shazam representative will take your information, deactivate your card and contact Home Trust & Savings Bank the next business day.


After hours BLOCKED card call Shazam at 1-866-508-2693

  • A Shazam representative will assist you. (Cards may, or may not be unblocked immediately.)
 

Receiving Fraud Alert Texts

  • Text message alerts from: 72718
  • Yes = suspicious charge WAS YOU.
  • No = suspicious charge WAS NOT YOU, your card will be blocked & follow-up action will be needed.
  • If you don't have a cell phone or are not answering the text, Shazam will call (855-219-5399)
